Tthe City’s Customer Relations Department’s mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City in a wide range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries. 

 

‘We are hoping to see many residents coming out to take advantage of this opportunity in Durbanville, Aurora, Goodwod, Wesfleur and Elsies River next week. Our mobile office team has been very effective in resolving long outstanding queries for residents and we are committed to bringing services closer to residents. We ask that those who plan to make use of the City’s services on the day, to please remember to bring along their ID or municipal accounts to help ease the process,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
